Location: New York, NY Do you love OOP, and making websites? Well, read on! We're a sports intelligence company looking for someone to join our team and work on the server- and client-side. You would be working in a small team of web and mobile developers, and reporting to the Director of Technology. We do a lot of collaoration and group whiteboarding to design and architect our products. Everyone gets involved. We run on the LAMP stack, but we don't care what your background is as long as you have a SOLID understanding of OOP and the web. Here's what you'd be doing: * Work with the rest of the product & development team to clarify requirements and estimate work * Work with the development team to plan and architect features * Development in PHP and/or JavaScript We're flexible, but ideally you should have: * Experience with the web. Know your GET vs. POST. * A good understanding of OOP concepts, and experience with at least one OOP language, such as: * PHP * Java * C# * Ruby * etc. * A love of clean, understandable code and interface * You can SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE in your SQL database all day * Experience developing in a team with other people Does that sound like you?
