The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of C# and .NET Framework. Even if he knows that Web Apps is the future, he has strong feeling about what a modern desktop application should be. He is interested in making simple UX and pixel-perfect UI. He is inspired by web design and web technologies in general. He has some experience in embedded database especially with NoSQL.
