We're looking for someone who can grow and mentor the team and who also enjoys getting his/her hands "dirty" (half manager/half individual contributor). So far we use Rails (the core of our application), PhoneGap + AngularJS, RubyMotion, GitHub, and we’re hosted on AWS. Salary range $140K to $170K + equity depending on experience.
