Guide Financial | Head of Engineering (Ruby/Rails) | San Francisco, CA | http://www.guidefinancial.com The Head of Engineering is a critical position for us (we consider it our "third co-founder"), and will impact all aspects of our company. You'll be hiring, mentoring and managing a team, as well as managing our tech roadmap and spending part of your time (~50%) as an individual contributor. Ruby on Rails expertise is a requirement, as is prior experience managing a team.
