Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard - Cambridge/Boston, MA - ONSITE, VISA We're a small team of software engineers, mathematicians and computational biologists building scalable tools and methods for analyzing massive genomic data. We're growing and looking to hire a software engineer. We use Scala, Spark and the Apache big data stack, although we'll use whatever technology we need to get the job done. More generally, we're interested in applying machine learning to problems in biology.
