EnerKnol | Sales Engineer | Brooklyn, NY | Full-time, onsite As a Sales Engineer for EnerKnol, you’ll be tasked with understanding the product strategy and roadmap in order to provide clients and prospects with information about key integrations, functionalities and features. You will provide product demonstrations, contribute to proposal development and deal shaping, as well as participate as a technical expert during the onboarding process of new clients, especially where any customization or coordination with Product and Engineering is required. As a subject matter expert on our product, you will work alongside the Client Services team to continually educate existing clients about new product features and recommend ways they can deepen their usage and relationship with EnerKnol. We are constantly developing new products to benefit our clients and need the right person to explain all the benefits of implementation. You will provide feedback to the Product team on client requests and use cases that require prioritization or long term consideration for future releases.
