We're a nearly 100% Clojure shop, with a distributed processing architecture powered by: Elasticsearch (ELK), Apache Storm, RabbitMQ, Redis, Linux, and AWS. We mainly develop on Macs, host Gitlab, and use Slack, Google Apps, and JIRA for collaboration.
