Center for Imaging of Neurodegenerative Diseases (CIND) | San Francisco, CA | Software Developer (Python, Medical Imaging) The CIND is a research center dedicated to studying the causes and effects of neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders, using imaging techniques such as MRI and PET. We'll be building out a python framework to automate complex image processing pipelines in coordination our image processing team. Opportunities to work on data analysis (we use R & Python). Seeking a developer with experience with Linux, Python, Bash, SQL, & Web Development. Bonus points if you are familiar with medical image processing, R, numpy.
