Your code will be carefully reviewed, and you'll carefully review the code of others. You'll write tests so comprehensive that they can act as documentation, but you'll write documentation because you care about making sure future engineers can understand the work you've done. As a senior software engineer, you'll also work to ensure that more junior members of the team grow to meet their potential, and you'll strategize with our VP of Engineering to develop the roadmap for future sprints. You'll help the customer success team when they run into bugs, and you'll sit in on demos with customers every once in a while to make sure you always have the needs of our customers in the back of your mind.
