To the moment we've indexed more than 5.6B videos with daily addition of ~60M. We operate a massive stack (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=13726224), currently using mostly C/C++, Go and Java in most of our pipeline and Javascript and Python for frontend and data analysis.
