Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard | Cambridge/Boston, MA | Software Engineer | ONSITE, VISA Join us to build open-source tools that help researchers and clinicians explore, search, and analyze large genomic datasets. The goal is to significantly accelerate the pace of diagnosis for families affected by rare genetic conditions. We are looking for engineers with experience in - web UIs and data visualization (React, Redux, D3) - data processing pipelines (elasticsearch, scala) - server-side development (python, Django, PostgreSQL) Knowledge of genetics is not required, but previous research experience is preferred. email: weisburd@broadinstitute.org
