You will work alongside the co-founders (multiple venture backed exits; Oxford/Harvard grads) to set up and manage a distributed team of para-legal writers, support teams and data analysts. We need a self-starter who is curious, self-motivated, relentless in self improvement and who can motivate all those around them. They need to be willing to get into the weeds to deeply understand GenAI system processes and train the team.
