We’re small, friendly, and flat in structure, and we place a high value on autonomy, initiative, and embracing complex challenges (instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions). Our stack: React (front-end), Node.js (API backend), Docker & Kubernetes for deployments, AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) We’re looking for: - At least 7 years of software engineering experience (3+ in a senior/lead capacity) - Ability to work seamlessly across the full stack (complex UI + efficient backend) - Comfort shipping production-ready features continuously * Good understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, e2e) - Excellent communication for async work and collaborative problem-solving Nice to have: - Video/video-editing product background - Training & deploying LLMs or AI models - C++/OpenGL/FFmpeg experience - Startup experience What we offer: - Full-time remote role - Annual salary €80,000–100,000 - Fully remote from Europe/EMEA timezone | Flexible hours - Potential in-person team gatherings in warm, pleasant locations More info / Apply: cto@onetake.ai
