Can everyone posting please post about their interview process:
How many:
- technical phone screens
- video interviews
- projects (esp. length and duration, paid/unpaid, etc)
- portfolio / code reviews on past projects
- onsite interviews and if there's any
whiteboarding/pairing/etc
And the total amount of time you expect interviewing to take?
Candidates need the ability to compare positions, processes, etc.
