Hack Club | https://hackclub.com | Burlington, VT | Full Time Hack Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is hiring an Operations Lead for Hack Club Bank (https://hackclub.com/bank/), the financial platform that powers our student-led operations across the nation in 500 high schools and across 100 annual regional hackathons. In the past 2 years, teenagers have done $2,000,000 in transactions on Hack Club Bank, ranging from $20 donations from parents to $10,000 sponsorships from the largest corporations. In this role, you will be end-to-end responsible for new client onboarding, backend operations (transaction categorization and other financial tasks that require human interaction), and customer success. You will train, lead, and grow a resilient team of Hack Clubbers to help carry out your responsibilities. This is a non-traditional, high impact role at a nonprofit that is doing things differently.
