LeapYear | Platform, Infrastructure, Applications Engineers | SF Onsite, flexible WFH policy | Full Time LeapYear is an enterprise machine learning company that enables regulated enterprises to analyze and share extremely sensitive data with differential privacy. We use Haskell and Scala to develop a privacy-preserving ML platform and query engine on top of Spark. We are currently hiring for a number of roles but our top priorities are: * Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure: An adaptable backend generalist that will develop greenfield systems, scale existing systems, and increase the speed and reliability of our deployments; experience with Cloud Networking, GCP/AWS, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code tools needed (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Packer) * Senior Software Engineer - Platform: Distributed systems engineer, who will contribute significantly to scaling, performance, and reliability challenges; functional programming experience preferred (Haskell or Scala) * Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack: Talented engineer with a track record of developing enterprise-ready features for technical end users, including data analytics workflows, enterprise collaboration features, and data management. Experienced with some of our modern tech stack which includes - React, GraphQL, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.
