We vet and upskill African designers using technology rooted in social and scientific research, and match them to US enterprises for long term engagements. We had a profitable 2020 and just finished our seed raise; 2021 is focused on growth. We're looking to hire a team of 4-5 engineers, starting with an experienced engineer to work directly with the CTO, take ownership of the frontend codebase, and manage the junior engineers we hire.
