We are looking to add another fullstack engineer that can wear a bit of a product hat and is comfortable with "figuring it out" as they build. Short hiring process, 45 min into call + tech questions (camera on + zoom, no Google/AI during this), 90 minute technical skill assessment in the IDE of your choice building an app from scratch, AI/searching all allowed (be ready to talk about what you are doing), in person culture fit, offer.
