Tradewell Technologies Inc | Remote | Full-Time | Full-Stack We are building technology that automates corporate bond trading. Our users are professional traders at instututional investors whose lives are miserable because trading corporate bonds is so painful. While this huge and hugely important market does not get much play in the press it shockingly lags behind stocks (not to mention crypto) in terms of trading technology. Why is the corporate bond market so painful to trade? The answer is a combination of inertia and lack of modern tech tools. The founders have worked in electronic trading for more than 15 years at both large banks and hedge funds and have a track record of building path-breaking products and succesful businesses. Our last financing round has us well-funded and the work the founding team puts us on track for a pilot launch this summer. Our investors and directors are some of the best-connected players in corporate bond trading. We are hiring "rangy" full-stack engineers. In addition to core expertise in multi-threaded, real-time systems in Kotlin/Java, we would be thrilled if you know Python, React/Typescript, and AWS tools. Think of this as a true early-employee opportunity at a startup. There are currently only five of us, counting the two co-founders, so you will be able to contribute to our culure and company DNA. We offer standard equity incentives. In the US, we provide medical and dental benefits. We will also work with you on visas. If interested, email us at info@tradewelltech.co.
