BCI | Nasvhille, TN | Full Time | Mostly Remote SaaS company, profitable, privately owned and a major player in the benefits management industry. We are undergoing a major transformation as we are rewriting our core tech stack and systems. We need help. We need a serious IT Operations engineer to handle our infrastructure both in Azure and on-premise in our Nashville location as we make our migration to be fully in the public cloud. This person will be responsible for ensuring all the systems are up and running at all times, which not only includes the applications but our office systems such as phone and internet. You will be supporting the systems that enable a multi hundred person call center and remote workforce. Given the nature of what we do, a good security focused mindset is key. We would love someone with experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management and other disciplines key to our future. That is a bonus, but not absolutely required. We are not a pie in the sky startup with dreams of maybe getting lucky. We are a serious, established player with exceptional leadership and a clear plan we are executing for considerable growth over the coming years. Interested?
