Effective | iOS and Android Software Engineers | REMOTE / Eastern Europe & LATAM | 6+ months contract We are Effective, a ~40-person agency building web and mobile apps for various clients in the United States – most typically startups. We help companies build products and find product-market fit, and then scale beyond that. We partner with US-based digital design agencies to realize the vision that they come up with for the clients. We're looking to fill two positions now: a senior iOS (Swift) developer and a senior Android (Kotlin) developer to join us for a 6+ months long client engagement building employment engagement app. We're looking for 3-5 years of experience, ideally as a part of multiple companies or projects, capable of building products on your own, with very little oversight from the Principal engineers.
