We're hiring an Engineering Lead to own and evolve our public marketing site (https://www.felixforyou.ca), which gets 7M+ visits/year. You'll work closely with our growth, design, and content teams to deliver fast, responsive, SEO-friendly experiences. You'll: - Own the architecture, performance, and evolution of our marketing site - Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth to launch pages and campaigns - Build a fast, accessible, SEO-friendly, mobile-first experience - Set technical standards for testing, analytics, and CMS tooling - Streamline content workflows and scale web infra - Manage and collaborate with a contract developer Tech stack: Webflow (strongly preferred), JS/HTML/CSS, CMSs, A/B testing, SEO/Accessibility best practices Remote-first across Canada.
