Zotero | Community Support Engineer, UI Designer | REMOTE | Full-Time | https://www.zotero.org Zotero is an open-source project that develops software to help people collect, organize, cite, and share their research. We're looking to fill two positions: - Community Support Engineer: An outgoing, empathetic software engineer to take the lead on helping people use Zotero and be an advocate for them within the development team - UI Designer: A product designer to help redesign Zotero's desktop apps and website and bring our new iOS app out of beta In both roles, you'll be part of a small team producing free and open-source software along with a passionate global community, and you'll make a huge difference in people's ability to manage their research effectively. https://www.zotero.org/jobs
