WeatherForce
Elixir Developer, Python Data Engineer
Original posting
WeatherForce | Elixir Developer, Python Data Engineer | Toulouse, France | Remote OK | https://weatherforce.org/
WeatherForce provides bespoke indicators to weather-sensitive organizations.
We're an international team based in France and open to remote work. The
company is growing steadily and we're seeking to hire in two areas:
- backend development with Elixir and Phoenix
- data engineering using Python, xarray, pandas, Jupyter, etc.
We are not looking for rock stars but rather for serious, dependable
professionals who have a positive attitude and are looking for a long term job.
You don't need to be an expert in the technologies we use to apply, but you
must be willing to learn and grow with us.
For us DevOps is still a culture rather than a job title so you will be
involved with operations. We use tools like GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes but
again you don't need to be an expert in those to apply. You do need however to
understand the value of repeatable processes and you must not be scared of the
command-line.
