We are a team of 7 people, distributed worldwide, with 3 of us being here. We have 3 million monthly users. At the moment, I am principally looking for managers, who can help me accomplish the following things (can be different people). The order of priorities: from high level to low level. 1. Find a way to turn CR from a one-hit wonder into a sustainable website that would provide value to people and would create a community of users around it. 2. Build an organization that can achieve and continuously get better at the first goal. 3. Help me to recruit world-class developers, product managers, designers and data scientists.
