We are looking for people in both IC (Individual Contributor) as well as PL (People Lead) tracks. IC-roles can be remote within 3 timezones from Berlin timezone. PL-roles require some presence in head office in Berlin. IC-roles: - Senior/Mid Platform/DevSecOps engineer x 2 - Senior/Mid Product Engineer (backend) x 7 - Senior Product Engineer (fullstack) x 1 PL-roles - Head of Engineering, Data and Reporting - Head of Engineering, Internal Tooling - Head of Engineering, Platform - Head of Engineering, Developer Experience - Tech Lead, Core Banking Runtime - Tech Lead, Tooling Apps - Tech Lead, Use Cases - TechOps Lead We build microservices with Go on Google Kubernetes Engine, use a lot of Kafka and Postgres.
