All major pharmaceutical companies use our product - Rapid Payer Response (RPR), to run double-blinded surveys to conduct market access research. The platforms are developed and maintained by a small, close-knit and growing agile technology team. We are a fully remote team with team members based in the UK, Netherlands, Canada and India. We combine a relaxed and friendly culture with a commitment to delivery – we say what we do and do what we say. Pre-COVID, we met up in person twice a year at different locations for a "tech week". Our average years of experience in the technology team is around 12 years. So you can expect a culture with absolutely no micro-management and a heavy focus on asynchronous communication.
