Rite Aid | Product Manager / VP of Product & Ops | Remote (USA) | Full-time Pharmacy and healthcare are evolving rapidly and Rite Aid is evolving too. We are developing an innovative digital telehealth product to deliver a modern healthcare experience that saves customers time, money, and aggravation. This role will lead product development and operational execution for a new, direct-to-consumer digital health offering. In this role, you will be the responsible stakeholder wearing many hats as we prepare for launch, including product development and stakeholder engagement across marketing, clinical, finance, pharmacy operations, 3rd party partners, and more. Following launch, you will lead a cross-functional team to continue developing the product roadmap as well as directing marketing and analytics to expand our customer base and LTV. You’ll develop and own KPIs to measure success. And most importantly you’ll be our customer advocate, helping us ensure that we succeed in our goal of transforming healthcare.
