In 2021, we were selected for releasing our newest instrument, the Chromium X, which is used for single-cell analysis. Sisi Chen, director of the Single-Cell Profiling and Engineering Center at Caltech, noted that the high-throughput capability of the Chromium X is essential to her research. She uses it to explore how therapeutic compounds influence the human immune system. The system allows her to simultaneously stimulate 1 million immune cells, each with different therapeutics, and track their responses. [0] Our software team creates products that enable scientists to analyze complex biological data. For example, a scientist may use our software to determine precisely which cell types could be cancerous. We utilize Go, React, Typescript, and Electron to create intuitive visualization and web applications. We've written our data pipelines using the Numpy/Scipy/Pandas stack, and we're making increasing use of Rust [1]. We've always been and continue to be remote-friendly for many roles.
