Specifically I work with our Search & Ads initiative, the part of our company where we formulate the algorithms, production code, pipelines and platform for how our buyers search for items on Etsy, along with the platform we have created for our sellers to be able to advertise their stores and products. We have multiple roles available at Engineering Manager level. This level at Etsy typically comes with a base salary of between $180,000 through to circa $220,000 plus a 15% bonus. On top of this we are a publicly traded company with equity on offer to all new full time hires. And Engineering Manager at Etsy typically manages teams of up to 6-8 engineers.
