We have a small, tight-knit team, a solid product that is gaining momentum daily, and big plans for the future. As an early member of the product team, your work is going to have a major impact on the future of the product and company. You’ll ship your work often and see its impact in the hands of real people every day. Our product is a business management platform for residential construction teams and clients. In short, we are on a mission to make construction projects (new homes, renovations, etc) suck less for everyone involved. Our primary customers are small business owners - custom home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and others in the construction domain. We’re looking for capable design, product, and engineering people to help take our offering to the next level and help solve a very real set of problems that are painful not only to the residential construction industry but those who buy their products - homes. Given our early stage, all roles will be hands-on with an opportunity to lead as we continue to grow. You’ll ship your work often and see its impact in the hands of real people every day. Our product process is centered around lean and agile methods. Our tech stack currently includes React, React Native, Ruby on Rails, and Postgres. We are deployed on Heroku. We manage our backlog with Shortcut, our code with Github, and Sketch+InVision for our product design flow. We are always open to new tools and technologies that will help us move faster and deliver more value to our customers.
