NeuroSmart | Mid - Senior Android Developer | 6 month contract REMOTE | US CITIZEN OR RESIDENT ONLY NeuroSmart is looking for its first mobile application developer to join the team. We are a team of two PhDs (Harvard, Caltech) and an MBA (Stanford) developing a technology to help police officers better self-regulate under high stress and improve use of force decisions. We have pilots set with multiple police departments across the country and within the military (graduate of the Stanford H4D program) and looking for mobile developer to help build our first prototype. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps (Android preferred), interested/experienced in the wearable data analytics space has a passion for product building from scratch. This is a 6 month contract position with a possibility to go full time after 6 months. This is perfect project for an experienced developer wanting to create social impact. Skills: Java, Android SDK experience, Android studio, Database and API knowledge, Git, Cloud platforms, XML, some backend knowledge (Python, Node.js) preferred. We are looking for a team player with great communication skills. We are very flexible with hours and location. Only US Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible at this time.
