The environment is pragmatic and fast-paced — small team, high ownership. Looking for engineers who have shipped production systems and are comfortable making architectural decisions. Roles (3–5+ years experience preferred): Full-Stack Engineer – React + Go Backend Engineer – Go / Python (ML experience is a plus) Platform / DevOps Engineer – AWS, Linux, Infrastructure-as-Code DBA – PostgreSQL, RDS tuning, query optimization, replication strategies The work involves building and scaling core systems, improving data pipelines, and shaping internal architecture.
