We’re shipping original systems (not wrappers), with multiple tuned models (CV, NLP, LLMs) and a next-gen multi-agent data infrastructure. Small team, high ownership, low bureaucracy. What you’ll do AI Innovator: Prototype and ship production AI features fast; extend our multi-agent orchestration; design private/sovereign data pipelines and dynamic indexing; collaborate tightly with founders to turn research into product. Principal SWE: Own core platform architecture; design and scale distributed backends/APIs; build great DX (SDKs/CLI); lead reviews/mentorship; drive 0→1 projects with strong reliability and observability. You might be a fit if you have A track record taking systems from concept to scale and to revenue. Deep backend/systems skill (Go/Rust/Kotlin or similar); strong CI/CD/testing discipline. Experience with distributed, real-time data infra; privacy/security minded. Hands-on AI product chops (CV, NLP, LLMs/agents) and bias to build/iterate quickly.
