At Sempre, we improve adherence by offering discounts for taking medications on time. We engage with patients entirely over SMS. We are looking for engineers to architect, iterate, and scale the Sempre product to hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. Our challenging technical problems include building an SMS bot with our patients, optimizing our pricing algorithm to drive the most adherence per dollar spent, and scaling our systems to serve hundreds of thousands of patients this year.
