The Go side is where the ML lives, and we're happy for people to build their ML skills after joining the team. Everything else is in Clojure, including business logic, UI, etc. Our current Clojure openings report to me, currently focused on implementing an improved search engine with OpenSearch. My team cares a lot about providing great UX, and we'd love to have more colleagues with a similar mindset.
