Nurse-1-1 | Full-time Full Stack Developer | Remote | Boston, MA | https://nurse-1-1.com We are growing our technical team and looking for self-driven developers to help us take our platform to the next level. We will be looking for someone with deep technical experience in front-end development to design and build new features and improve the existing product. An ideal candidate has extensive experience with HTML, Typescript, and Angular. We also have lots of opportunities for developers who specialize in PHP (Laravel) or the desire to explore new technologies and continue to learn, which is more important to us. You will be integral to the creation and development of the tech team. Everything from project management methodology and team structure to code style and language choices will be influenced by this hire. They will be working directly with the CTO to develop and scale every aspect of the Nurse-1-1 experience in a company that is led by a CEO who is a former software developer. Responsibilities: Design and development new features and maintain existing platform with readable, maintainable code Efficiently hunt down and fix any issue that may arise Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams Mentor junior employees to build a world-class, highly collaborative engineering team Requirements: 4+ years experience building, managing, and maintaining a high-traffic real-time web platform Required experience with the following: web development, tech architecture, CI/CD, hosting, and security Excellent at communicating, both on the technical and personal level. Great team members are skilled and a pleasure to work with.
